Lab Update

Greetings Mushroom Growers,

Our lab’s research projects are advancing nicely. We’re currently exploring the impact of LED lighting on both bio-efficiency and nutritional content. We’re also looking at using spent mushroom substrate in our new biodigesters for methane production.
The 2021-2022 workshop season is getting underway, and we are planning a new series of workshops for spring 2022. Stay tuned for more information on these and other events.
Contact us if you would like to share any information on new mushroom programs or different mushrooms you have in cultivation.
