Species such as the Blue Oyster mushroom grow quickly and provide a reliable, regular harvest. They are a high-value crop and are in demand at markets and through wholesale throughout Arizona.

To make mushroom cultivation accessible to growers in Arizona and to encourage the success of mushroom growers across the state. 

What We Do
The Arizona Mushroom Growers Research Lab was conceived with the intention of providing resources for Arizona growers to ensure that they'll be successful in their growing operations. These efforts include making affordable spawn and inoculated grow bags, informational resources, and a forum for growers to connect with one another.
